they are both great motors no doupt.. the Spec 3 feels weak on the bottom compared to a STS 30..and the STS 30 feels weak on the bottom compared to the Picco 28.... The Picco 28 is extremely powerful, noticably stronger then a Spec 3, wether thats a good thing or bad thing IDK...
