RE: gas fuel with glo plug no ignition
The body is made out of aluminum, not the most desireable.
I'd need to weld a rod in it then drill and tap it.
The glow plug is 1/4 32. None of the hard ware stores in town, Woodland, have one.
I posted on the old "Who's building Toro" thread and tried begging for one over there.
My brother in-law is a retired machinest, but I hate to go over there and ask.
It seems like the only time I go there is to ask favors, go figure.
I don't know if I can get a die for the thread on the spark plug and I haven't been able to locate the tap for the glow plug.
It would be easier to put the flywheel back on it and run it as a mag.[&o]
