I use the same method as YNOT, which works very well, but it is not fool proof. I also keep a small glass jar close with old caps and tips in it soaking in acetone. This dissolves the ca. Just remember to be very careful handling the acetone, as it is a fairly hot solvent. I also use [link=http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXB970&P=0]these [/link] type of applicators with ca. When the tip starts to get clogged you can trim it with a razor or knife. You can also clean it out after each use with acetone.
