Prevent the problem.

After each use, tap it on the table a few times then squeeze the bottle and blow it out so it breaths. Then put the cap on, no problems after that.
Figured this out for Poly U glue as well. After using, let it sit for a minute or two without the lid for the contents to settle out of the spout then cap. Haven't had any issues since with clogged tips.
