LOOKYJ - HI ! - no pics from Dallas - when in Europe I disocovered that the MEMORY for my SONY camera is now not available ( old) in less than two years. W/O memory I had no camera to take to Dallas. It is a place really worth photographing. I saw several REX's one flown by an 11 year old and his Dad. Also saw the final workings done on a 600 REX about to be maidened, right there. Couldn't stay long enough to watch. Boy, that ""600" is HUGE, at least -maybe more than double the size of the 450. [[[[ ps my CARD is about to be installed (the one that will digitize my DV tapes !! YEAH ! )]]]]]
SPEC.REPORT FOR CRASH-CRASH : hey VIC ! coming back with all parts soldered, I just now installed/set up the whole system in the CESSNA. Lit up the DX-7 and with shaky hands connected a 2S LIPO.
IT WORKS GREAT !!!! and I have witnessed the DARN FASTEST SERVOS I have ever seen ( JR 285 ) will finish up connecting the flying surfaces and putting on the prop will be ready TO MAIDEN the DX-7 SYSTEM, the 6100 RX and the 4 285 SERVOS that will go into the REX....... not taking "any chances" when I go up with this very expensive heli. Of interest to you , because we both do planes : if you use more than 3 servos in a plane, you better go to DIMENSIONENGINEERING and look a their PARKBEC..... it is specific for ParkFlyers that supplies 1.25A continuous to all the servos. It is an EXTRA INSURANCE to prevent voltage consumption.
go to :
https://www.dimensionengineering.com ----------------look for the PARKBEC or maybe the SMARTBEC if it applies to your models.
hey HOMIE BROS : I missed y'all in Italy, my old stepDad let me use his PC BUT I FORGOT THE PASSWORD TO ENTER RCUNIVERSE and write to y'all......RICK...[:@]
