You probably won't need 625s on the ailerons for the two planes you are interested in. 225s should be quite good and run you a bit less money and a bit less weight.

The 625 on the rudder is good, but the 5245 may be a bit better just because it has better holding power due to it being digital.

I'm thinking 4x 5245s for simplicity - one on each aileron, one on each elevator and one on the rudder. HS 65HB or HS81 should be perfect for the throttle. 225s on the ailerons would be good if you want to save a few bucks.
