RE: 110 Loading up
I know what you mean by the HS set at Peak Plus 300 I think....you need to be at Peak then richen 300rpm not going past peak 300rpm...
As for the problem of loading up on the this transition the regulator is probably a little rich. Try leaning it down a little...1/4turn then reset the other two settings.
To Lean the regulator you adjust in IN (CW) about 1/4 turn and this should help it out. If it doesn't solve it go another 1/4 turn and so on until you get it to lean out in the middle. To set the regulator well run the engine at a mid throttle of about 3500-4000 and watch the rpms with a tach for about 30 secs. If it slowly loads and slows down...its too rich. If it surges up and down then its too lean. Or is it sets at say 4000 for a few seconds and then jumps up to 4500 and then dies off its lean.
On the regulator for the 110 Out (CCW) is rich
IN (CW) is Lean
It should be good.
Also if the engine is fairly new then after about 10 to 15 runs you should look to new glow plug. I know you said you tries a couple so I assume you already have a new on in place.
