Reguarding your aileron issue. The original instructions reguarding the installation of the control horns on the top ailerons, were incorrect. There should have been an addemdum in your kit. The addemdum is also available at GP's website. And last but not least the correction is posted in this tread, alas much earlier. You will have to search for it.
The top and bottom ailerons moveing a different amount is not a disirable situation and could adversely affect flying performance.
I highly suggest you take the time to find the corrections.
