I think you'll find a much better response in the Glow Engine forum as far as engine identification goes (some of the threads there are a history lesson

). Also, I think your measurements need to be scaled down by 10. I'm guessing the reality is more like this:
head diameter: 33.0mm (3.3 cm)
Height from base of mount point to top of head: 60.0mm (6.0 cm)
Total height: 75.0mm (7.5 cm)
Muffler screws seperation distance from center-to-center: 35.0mm (3.5 cm)
Carb inlet diameter: 9.0mm ID, 11.0mm OD
total shaft length: 83.0mm (8.3 cm)
P.S.: Any little cast numbers on the carburetor, backplate, or crankcase can be very helpful. Some engine don't have those anywhere though.
