perfect example AMA at work
Mark
You crack me up.
During the last election I was accused, to the entire EC, of soundly thumping the EC. I am more well known to the EC as an AMA basher. Now I am Mr. AMA.
There is a simple fact that seems to elude you: In order to have an intelligent discussion of ANYTHING, you need to know something about it.
I had to learn what the AMA is and what it is not, but, I did not do that by spewing unsupported garbage as fact. How can you make a suggestion, or even make a demand of the EC when you do not know what you are talking about? Most of that information in the document section was put there at the request of members or chartered clubs. All the information has been put there for the benefit of the AMA membership.
If you want to read some very basic information on the AMA I would suggest that you read the AMA bylaws which are contained in the Membership Manual on the AMA page. Then proceed to the 2003 charter club renewal package.
If you want to know what "they" have been up to, try reading the minutes of the EC meetings.
It would probably take you under an hour to read those items. I doubt you will. You would rather throw rocks without knowing what your aiming at.... or even if you are throwing rocks.
