DS 811 should work great for the ailerons, I don't know why you want one on the throttle, but there aren't any major reasons for not using it there. As for the other servos, I don't know much about them, so I'm not going to pretend to know anything about them either.

DS 8411 is a good servo, however, for accuracy, I think DS 8231 would be slightly better. They're all great, so it's not a real concern on this type of model.
