Azuz,
I use 5.5mm (1/4" or 3/16") Carbon Fiber pushrods with titanium ends from Central Hobbies. If you can not find them in your area, try to get at least DaveBrown fiber glass pushrod.
All the linkage I use are 2.5mm or 4-40.

Pull-Pull from servo to bellcrank idea of Thomasr is also good if you can modify it.
