Fellow Twistheads,

I just ordered a Twist 40 size and will be using a OS 46 FX and APC 12x4 prop to power it w/ cool power 20/20 (cuz I have mostly 4 strokes).

In your opinion, will it make any noticeable difference in RPM's if I get the Tower Hobby muffler to replace the stock OS muffler w/out the baffle.

If so, how much of a difference?

A friend of mine says he put a pipe on his to get a better throttle response.

What do you think of that reasoning?

Any comments that would be helpful would be appreciated.

ps -FWIW I'm also using a 1650 mAh 6Volt battery & the Futaba 3050's for the ailerons, elevator and rudder (had them in another plane - RIP)
