I have only flown my Katana a few times before breaking off the legs, the ys died just far enough out for me to barely make it back to the runway for what looked to be a nice landing with hardly any air speed left when it just droped about a foot to the runway at a dead stop. I didnt think any harm would come from that but was surprise to see both legs broke flush with the bottom of the plane which I knew was a weak point and easy fix, but I had a nice surprise when I notice the $125 hyde soft mount was broke due to nothing keeping the ys160's head off of the asphault
If it wasnt for the head just barely hanging below all I would have had to do was slide in some new legs as the mounts held up perfectly and no damage to the plane due to the weaker legs.
Other than that the Katana is AWESOME, I cant wait to get it back in the air again.
