You can't track blades by measuring the linkage rods.
You need to make sure the blades are balanced.
If you ran out of things to adjust then look at the blades.
You may have one that has more pitch then the other.
I noticed on some wooden blades, they are out of track with no load on them but in track when they have enough lift to hoover.
The best thing top do is take it outdoors and have someone look at the blades when your hovering the heli.
I use a strobe light and it's the best way to track blades.
Sorry I wasn't able to offer more help but a blade out of track if almost always an easy fix.
