RE: Good ARF for Saito 30
The Katana mini electric is a very nice conversion to .30 fourstroke. I flew it all last year with an OS .30 and it was a delight. Nitroplanes has a .30 size Yak that Richmond RC was closing out and I am currently building it for an OS .30 fs to break it in. Then both of the motors are going into a Nitroplanes OV-10 Bronco twin. On the Katana mini you will have to make a glow motor mount box, no big deal. On the Nitroplanes Yak it is already there. Also the Greatplanes combat warbirds work well and they are coming out with a Spitfire that even has the landing gear there from the get go. Adding gear is no big deal in aluminum. If you are not interested in ultimate speed the lanier shrikes fly very nice. They tend to be nose heavy though so plan on a weight box in the rear.
