You can also just put one linkage rod on the top of one elevator servo arm, and the other linkage rod on the bottom of the servo arm on the other side. Another solution is just to join the elevator halves with musicwire, and use only one servo in the rear. I did the two servo setup in the rear of my Rocket, but seems like kind of a waste of a servo on a 40 size plane.
