Well if you spun the head with no blades on it you would have spotted that really fast.
Replace that shaft and get the adjustments close then check for tracking again.
Also remember to get the LOW blade up even with the high blade.
Also make sure the paddels are 100% level as they control the pitch.
Since that rod bent make sure the main shaft doesn't have a slight bend in it.
