The whole titanium gear thing is curious. What I would like to know (if someone could take one apart and tell us) is if there are any nylon gears within the case? If they all are titanium it would be pretty strong, but if only some of them are titanium it might be just as weak as the weakest link.

For what it's worth, I own and still am a fan of Hitec servos, can't beat their price and I've not had any issues. I also use some high end JR's and am happy with them as well.
