Default RE: The new Lanier Edge 87"

I am wanting to get started with this plane, but I don't have the funds at the moment for the Brillelli 366GT I want to use. I do hower have a great running Brillelli 46GT thant spins a Xoar 22x8 at 6800RPM and all of the servo's and a good PCM JR790 reciever. The Brillelli 46GT generates 23lbs of thrust and is 6oz lighter than a DA-50 with a stock muffler. I am not a 3D flyer, but I really like to way this plane looks. Would an engine that generates 23lbs of thrust be enough on this plane to have a good day sport flying? The Brillelli 366GT would come later of course.
