The ailerons installed easily to the wings. Just wick some CA when the ailerons are in the right spot and they should be good to go. After installing the ailerons I link up the servo to the ailerons. The hardware supplied is easy to deal with and works great! The hardware is similar to the one that comes with the Katanas.
