Airfoil section - as in the "thickness" that you referred to. Can be important too - imagine a thick wing flying too fast, or a thin wing flying too slow...This applies along the blade as well too ...

Blade area. Bigger blades are generally slower, "toothpick" blades turn faster - ask the c/l boys.
