APC props are measured on the chordline of the prop. Pretty well everything else is measured on the flat backside of the prop. so they are a couple of degrees lower pitch than the rest which makes them rev higher along with the narrow outer blade. Not knocking them, I sometimes use them myself, depending on the application. Just stating the facts. plastic props have more flywheel effect, good idle, slow to accelerate tougher.
