Default RE: Lipoly is good

Question on using lipo batteries on the axe cp. Cutoff voltage on most ESC's is 2.8 or 3 volts. I have no idea what the cutoff voltage is on the axe ESC, if there is one. It would not be a good idea if the ESC cut off a 3 volts if you were five or six feed off the ground! If you run an lipo till it will no longer lift off or even slows down, how do you know if you have drained the battery down below the 3 volts per cell? Using a volt meter after the battery has been removed from the chopper does not put a load on the battery. The last post said his balancer showed over 3 volts per cell. My balancer just has a green and red LED. It tells you nothing.
