Teachu2, are you sure 44'x30' is going to be big enough? Those measurements are almost a little bigger than my house. Are you planning on having full utilities in the new shop? Will it be all one room or divided up into special areas? When I built our new garage, I thought I was building it plenty big at 30'x28', looks like I was a little wrong .
