I am wonering the same question. I have the MegaPower 1350 Li-Po battery and I ran it for 16min back to back with my two batteries. I think I burned out my motor because it started smoking. I shut it down and unplugged the battery. After it cooled, I tried to plug the battery (MP 1350) back in and the e-board sparked and displayed a small candle size firel I blew it out and that was it for that bird. I have another Axe CP now and I'm afraid of repeating. I don't know if it was caused by the battery. being a 1350 or something else shorted out. On a side note, I put the battery back into the charger and it charged up alright. I had also placed the stock battery back in the Axe for a second and noticed one of my sevos lighting up.

Is a 1350 battery to much power for the Axe motor or did I run it to long? How long do the motors usually last on these units? As you can see I'm still new at all this.
