karolh, I have a 16X8 Mejzlik which I ran on a 25cc Brillelli. I don't remember where I bought it but maybe Chief Aircraft. Whoever sells Mejzlik. Anyway, I know you can buy one. By the way, on the 25cc, it turned about 8400rpm as I recall. I still have the engine and the prop but I am not currently using either one.
