I've attached pics showing the tank and battery pack locations. I'm running a 6 volt pack for the radio gear and a 5 volt pack for the smoke system. Also a pic of the smoke oil feed to the header. My brother has the PT17 and put a preheater on his but took it off since it didn't make a difference. All we did was to tap a hole in the header pipe to fit an old needle valve to use for the smoke oil delivery ... works great. No need to go with a special muffler($150). The four stroke is never going to smoke as good as a gas engine but this setup does a decent job.

Happy with the 16x8, I may try a 18x6 just for the hell of it.
