Yep, it looks like the upper bearing for the outside shaft has popped out of the frame and that the collar that's supposed to hold it in place has slipped, which is preventing the swashplate from tilting backward. The bearing needs to be completely inside the tube on the frame with the collar butted up against the bearing. Make sure when you resecure the collar that it's not pressing down on the bearing, merely resting against it, or else you'll put too much strain on the motor.
