OK now i see how that all works. i took it all apart before reading i didnt have to. lol. i got everything in place but i shreaded up one of the gears. I can turn it on and at least now see the bottom blades goin up and back. but the top blade hardly spins from the bad gear... I will go to hobby shop sunday AM and report back.
