It's out of the frame in the photos. If you look at the very top of the upper rotor shaft where the flybar attaches, you'll see a tiny screw that runs through that gap. That's the one that I've seen several posts recommend removing and my LHS even suggested it. My rotor head is still intact after several crashes during which the flybar popped out; a colleague of mine did not remove it and ended up having to replace the rotor head and inner shaft after a crash not long after he purchased his CX2, so there must be some merit in removing it.
