OS #8 plugs http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXCB27&P=ML are fine for this application. Don't use the cheap Tower plugs as they tend to have short life spans. Note the quantity breaks offered by Tower.

Pick us some 10-15% nitro fuel at your local hobby shop (LHS) SHipping charges on fuel are high and you will save nothing.

If this is for your first trainer get some Master AirScrew MAS props too. Much sturdier than the other types. You can switch to APC props once you stop hitting the ground with the prop on a regular basis. Wood is great if YOU own the tree.
