What are you doing for the cooling? Do you have an exit 3x as big as hole in front of the engine? Do you use any ducting? Air that goes 50mm from the engine is NOT cooling it, the air must go through the fins.

You seem to have ruled out the IE, mixture, oil, so that leaves you cooling. Do you have pictures of your engine installation?
