I have been putting in some more work.

Firstly, i wanted to reattach the ailerons to the wing so that i can cut out more scale shaped ones. I sanded the leading edge flat and then glued on a piece of balsa. Once sanded to shape, i attached to the wing and sanded smooth. I once again printed out a full sized copy of the wing tip and then placed over the wing tip marked out, and cut.

I also realised just how big the scale sized ailerons will be and i reckon i'll have to half my throws.
