HI;Have a couple of damaged seamasters to fix.Am thinking of making a twin,I am partial to twins and can't find a PBY that size since the Kyosho is no longer around!Have new set of nacelles from a twinstar thinking they might work maybe with pair of 28 Mags.Have some bigger engines but these nacelles are not to roomy and fit only small tanks.I know I have seen mention of this conversion somewhere on here!Another thing one of them has the little wings?? that mount on the fuselage and are about 6" long.They are mounted with wire between them thru tubes int the fuselage,don't think theywere actually for the seamaster?Looks like the old clipper planes had them?Maybe can do away with the tip floats this way?One of them has been broken just in front of rudder was this a weak spot?Looks pretty thin there?Thanks!!
