most likely the issue with this is that somehow something is making it so the pitch in the blades doesn't move freely. This could be a tight ball link, bearing racers put in backwards, too many shims, tight mixer arms, bad bearings in the blade grips, need lube in the blade grips and on the spindle, ect ect. That is where I would start looking.
