A couple of things I noticed after inspecting mine. Wow what a beautiful airplane! Seems to be very well put together and the double boxing helps prevent damage from UPS. The outside boxes had minor dings and tears, but the inside was very good indeed. All hardware present and accounted for. Engine looks very nice. One difference in mine and the pictures of others I have seen is the cowl mounting. There are no hooks or slots on the cowl or firewall. The covering is a very nice job. I really like the scheme on the plane. Not real sure on the cowl though. One side looks real good and the other not so good. The bad side is at the point where the red, white, and black join. Part of it looks like the paint ran and another part of it looks like a bad seam in the glass. The ring around the pipe fitting is also busted.

Over all I am very pleased with the plane and hardware. I can not wait to get started in earnest on this Sukhoi. It is honestly bigger than what I thought it would be. I think it will look great in the air. The only think I can think of that I still need to complete the plane is another fromeco regulator.

On the hardware package side of things, didn't I read in Silversurfers post on the first page that it came with a 24oz tank? Mine is only a 20oz tank. No biggie, if I need a bigger tank I can get one.

Tom, about the cowl, will the busted ring on the bottom present any problems if I am not using a pipe set up?
