Default RE: E-revo project using stock parts, no conversion

I just sent a build kit about 2 months ago to a guy in AU for an LST. It was 5 cell lipo (10,000 mAh) and the motor was an Lehiner 2230/12, 1640 kv and the controller was a BK 150 amp Warrior. He has told me that the thing is insane fast, blows away anything it has come across let alone another nitro LST. If he nails the throttle even going 40 or so the truck will just flip onto its back. I am sending him another 4 cell pack so it is more controllable with still insane speed. So what I am saying here is that you will be suprised with what you end up with if you use a battery that has no problems suppling the voltage and current.

This is a photo of the motor I sent him.

All this said I have to say that if you really want to make this very responsive get the right equipment. In the Lehner vs Neu question, no doubt get the Neu. It is a far superior motor.
