Well visioneer_one is correct although quite brief! You really need about 1.75x more thrust than the weight of the aircraft so can you find a plane that weighs in at 8.9 pounds to put the RCS 1.4 in? Maybe the Goldburg (Lanier) Ultimate Bipe.
