Hi CrashNGo (and everyone else),

Quick question about cutting the hinge slots... I have purchased and used a set of slot-cutting blades and tools to cut the hinge slots for my LT-40 CA hinges. The slots have been cut completely square and clean, but trial fitting the hinges into them leaves me thinking that the tabs are a little loose.

My question is this; how loose is 'too loose' for these 'quick CA' style hinges, and should I consider upgrading to a set of pin hinges instead?
