Are you building a sig LT-40 Now ?
I am building my first kit, an LT-40, at this time. The wing is ready for final sanding. The fuse is ready for the control rod tubes. I have added two dowels to the front of the wing and will hold it on with two nylon bolts. I also added a solid piece of 1/4" ply to mount a composite Dubro landing gear to. I have modified the wing for two aileron servos so I can play with flaps one day. While building, a friend at work is training me on his LT-40 so I have been able to take my time. The kit went together so quick that I have saved the tail feathers just so I wouldn't run out of something to build. My friends plane with a TT Pro 46 w/11 x 5 prop will hover and he has a 14oz fuel tank and two 1800 MA battery packs with a battery backer installed. His plane is also modified as above. His plane is really heavy with the mods. I'm afraid mine will be a real floater in stock condition.
