On my cap i use a 10x4.7 sf prop. Seems to work great. Just use dual rates for the first flights and a lot of expo, like 60-70%. Your setup is exactly what i'm using myself just different prop. I have the long 3d servo arms on it to get a lot of control surface movement. The hitec hs55 servos work great. It is a great flying plane and on low rates is easy to fly and can go nice and slow.
