Yes, to the best of my knowledge this one will work, it has the ability to set PPM or PCM on a per model basis and you have to set the right one (PPM to work with the Axe I believe). Riders hobby have it for about the same price if you want instant gratification. I can tell you what my program settings are but your's might be slightly different.
