Somehow your shredding belt and low flight times are related. Your belt is rubbing doing two things: 1. Eating the belt 2. Pulling down your battery

Take a CLOSE look and see where it is rubbing. Where are all the shavings? Look closely in the area the shavings are.

Let us know what you find out and DON'T overtighten the belt. Also be careful not to strip out the roller guide screws when tightening them.
