My post was just an FYI thingie, that the weight on the CP is obviously critical in it's performance. Also, I agree 110% that a bigger pack is much better for scale mode, making it much more stable. Oh, 10 to 12 percent on a heli that weighs in at just over 10 ounces is alot, IMHO. They are designed on the edge.
With my abilities, and lack of reflexes, I should probably add more weight!

yeah choppers, I think it's crazy. The 800 pack I have is 66.5g and the 1250mAh pack is 102g, so that's like 35.5g difference if I figured correctly, and that is only about 10 or 12% weight increase to cause that kind of repsonse. I think the bigger pack would be alot better for scale mode flying though.
