Default RE: Twist 60 info needed----NOW!

Hey Guys................Thanks much for the reply's. I just this evening changed my CG from 150MM (about 6 inches) to 5 1/4" by moving the battery from behind the trailing edge, to up front under the fuel tank. At 5 1/4" for the CG, it just slightly tips nose down....very slightly...........& that's where I will maiden it hopefully tomorrow evening. I have a brass heavy hub installed, & can switch to an aluminum hub which gave it a bit of tail down balanced at 5 1/4". I have a Goldberg "Extreme 330 Profile" with a OS 50 SX that had the same problem until I moved the CG slightly forward. It will leave the ground in about 5 feet & do everything you can throw at it. It also stopped the balooning while coming in.

I just bought the Twist 150 & will be putting a OS 120 AX in for the power. We will see how that bird comes out.

Again, thanks all for the reply's. Everyone has their own flying style & opinion on this & it dosen't mean anyone is more wrong or right. I guess that we all have to sometimes do our own thing & hopefully it will turn out all right.

CHEERS
