From the ARF Manual

Elevators: 1/2" Up -- 1/2" Down
Ailerons: 5/8" Up -- 5/8" Down
Rudder: 1" Left -- 1" Right

Recommended CofG Balance Point is 2-15/16" which is right in the centre of the main spar.
