Default RE: Troy Built Models...

TBM,
what can I say. Bill Hatcher walked me through step by step what I needed, what he recommended, and sent me som pics of his setups to help me figure out things when I gutted, lightened, and installed the super 80 on the old Hangar 9 Sukhoi. He walked me through strengthning it, and changed from the manual on a few things based on experience.

Result: PERFECT maiden flights. the da*n thing is on rails. that was awhile back. Best servo prices overall. good selection, great knowledge. They have a huge history building performance planes from up here near me. My friend John still has one of gene's original 35% 260s. It still shows em up. I think its around 22 or 23 pounds, so these guys know how to build em light and strong and can give pointers.

I picked the super 80 solely on faith.....wow!! The plane will snap going up steady. Thanks Bill and Gene.
