Hay Eric while we are on building could you tell me how much rise I will need on a Muller header with the OS 160 for the Evolution?

There is a lot of room for the header height to vary a little. I used my Temptation and Focus headers. If I recall correctly the best drop was 2" to 2-1/4. I also extended the tunnel and used a medium lenghth ES CF pipe. There is a header in my missing one :-)
