Get the controller. I bought FSOne with the controller when it first came out and really enjoy it. I just got a new eight channel radio with programable mixes and thought it would be cool to hook up to FSOne. I gave up trying after a couple of hours and hooked the FSOne controller back up. It is worth the $30 for the ease of use.
